According to an article from the September 1996 issue of Motorcycle COnsumer News, the alternator puts out 210 watts at 5000 RPM. The rev-limiter kicks in at 6000, and you probably spend most of your time riding at around 3500/4000 RPM, so I'd guess msot of the time about 175 watts or so. Your headlight pulls 55/60 watts, the running lights about 5 or 10 watts, and the brake light about 10.
